Fischbach Morgan & Associates, LLC offers the following standard benefits to our employees:

Health Insurance: Available to full time employees, their spouses and dependants at no cost to the employee.  This benefit is provided through Gettysburg Health Administrators, Inc.  To assist the employee in paying the deductibles, FMA will establish a Health Savings Account in the name of the employee and will contribute yearly to this account.  Eligibility begins on your starting date.

Dental Insurance:  Available to full time employees, their spouses and dependants at no cost to the employee.  This comprehensive benefit is provided by United Concordia.  Eligibility begins on the first day of the month following your start date.

Vision Insurance:  Available to full time employees, their spouses and dependants at no cost to the employee.  This comprehensive benefit is provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield.  Eligibility begins on the first day of the month following your start date.

Retirement Plan: Available to those employees who earn at least $5,000 in compensation during any two prior years and who expect to earn $5,000 in the current year.  The plan we have in place is a SIMPLE IRA where not only will the employee is able to contribute pre-tax dollars directly from their paycheck, but FMA will make a matching contribution, dollar for dollar of up to 3% of the employees’ compensation.  Eligibility begins on the first day of the year following you meeting the earning requirements.

Short and Long Term Disability Insurance:  Available to employees regularly working 32 or more hours per week.  This benefit is provided by Northwestern Mutual Life.  Eligibility begins on the first day on the month following your start date.

Group Life Insurance:  Available to employees regularly working 32 or more hours per week.  This benefit is provided by AIG Life Insurance Company.

Group Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance:  Available to employees regularly working 32 or more hours per week.  This benefit is provided by AIG Life Insurance Company.

Year-end Bonus: FMA has every intention to distribute year-end bonuses however; year-end bonuses are based on the company’s profitability and the employee’s performance during the year and are not guaranteed in any way.
