Adopt a Highway Cleanup

August 1, 2009 – FMA took part in highway clean-up for the Adopt-A-Highway Program in an effort to keep Pennsylvania beautiful.  The FMA sector begins on Rt 114 at the off ramp of Rt 15S and extends to the intersection of Rt 114 and Lisburn Road in Mechanicsburg.  Participating staff, from left to right:  Rob Fox, Brian Fischbach, Jim Smith, Dave Morgan, Alexis Hilbish, and Amy Jo Ebersole.

Lauren E. Siler promoted to Site Designer

October 28, 2008 - Lauren E. Siler of Fischbach Morgan & Associates, LLC, a landscape architectural and civil engineering firm, of Mechanicsburg, was recently promoted to a Site Designer with the firm. She has been with the firm for one year.  

Ms. Siler‘s duties include design and preparation of land development plans, overall site construction documents, and assisting the civil engineering staff. Siler has more than four years of experience in civil engineering and landscape architecture field.  

Andy M. Loraw promoted to Project Manager

October 28, 2008 - Andy M. Loraw of Fischbach Morgan & Associates, LLC, a landscape architectural and civil engineering firm, of Mechanicsburg, was recently promoted to a Project Manager with the firm.

He has nine years of experience in the land development field, the past two with FMA.   Mr. Loraw‘s duties and responsibilities include providing clients project management services beginning from the sketch phase through the land development phase to the completion of the construction phase of their project.

James A. Smith, RLA promoted to Project Manager

May 14, 2008 - James A. Smith, RLA, has recently been promoted to Project Manager at Fischbach Morgan & Associates, LLC, a Landscape Architectural and Civil Engineering firm, located in Mechanicsburg.

Mr. Smith will lead the Land Development Group and oversee project budgeting, document design, and construction observation. His responsibilities also include acting as a design studio mentor and coordinating site design and constructability issues with the Civil, Environmental and Survey Groups. Mr. Smith is a Registered Landscape Architect in Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Landscape Architecture from Syracuse University.
