Project Description:
FMA was selected by Farinelli Construction, Inc. to prepare land development plans and construction documents for a 9,400 SF mixed use building in Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County. The building consists of a retail use, residential use, and restaurant use which serves the community it is located in. A site visit was conducted to analyze the site condition prior to preparation of a sketch plan. Land development plans were approved by Upper Allen Township and were the basis for preparing the construction documents. This project was completed by working closely with the client and Upper Allen Township Officials.
