Project Description:
FMA was selected by byDesign Architects of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania to prepare land development plans and construction documents for a the development of a building addition to the Silver Springs Animal Clinic. The project consisted of the construction of a 2,715 building addition, additional parking, and associated storm water conveyance system for the already existing Silver Springs Animal Clinic. FMA provided site planning and permitting services for the project, including the preparation and processing of land development plans, erosion and sedimentation control plans, infiltration testing, preparation of construction documents, and construction observation services. The project required working closely with byDesign Consultants, Inc, Silver Springs Animal Clinic, and Silver Spring Township Officials.
