Project Description:
FMA was hired to prepare Final Subdivision and Land Development Plans to subdivide the 1.67 Acre parcel (Lot 13) out of the existing 4.63 Acre parcel (Lot 5). The newly created Lot 13 was developed with a two bay carwash, dog wash room and four vehicular vacuum bays. The plans were approved by the Shippensburg Township, Cumberland County Planning Commission, Cumberland County Conservation District, Cumberland Franklin Joint Municipal Authority and Shippensburg Borough Water Authority.
