Project Description:
FMA was selected by Zimmerman’s Automotive of Mechanicsburg, Pa to prepare land development plans and construction documents for a 2,200 square foot three-bay automotive lube facility and 2,507 square foot two-bay AUTEC Soft Touch Car Wash System in Hummelstown, PA. The project it located on Kaylor Road, east of the intersection of Middletown Road and Kaylor Road. The project included the design of a stormwater detention facility, shared sanitary sewer system that included a oil/water separator, site lighting including photometric point by point plans and a shared access drive. FMA obtained final land development approval from Derry Township, and erosion and sedimentation control approval from the Dauphin County Conservation District.
