Project Description:
FMA was selected by Educational Property Group, Inc. of Exton, Pennsylvania to prepare all civil engineering construction plans required for the planned construction of a collegiate housing community consisting of 103 townhouse units, in Shippensburg Township, PA. The project included the extension of Asper Drive, a public road, and associated utilities and the modification of an off-site stormwater management facility. FMA obtained final land development approval from Shippensburg Township, and erosion and sedimentation control approval from the Cumberland County Conservation District. Apex Village provides affordable student housing with private bedrooms, in-unit washer and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, security system, ADA accessibility and club house.
