FMA was selected by Asbury Services, Inc. of Gaithersburg Maryland to prepare all subdivision and land development plans and construction documents for a 47 unit (5 estate homes/ 42 duplexes) independent living project as part of the Bethany Village Continuing Care Retirement Community in Mechanicsburg, PA. Bethany Village is located on a 155 acre campus in the heart of Central Pennsylvania offering a wide variety of housing arrangements from their Maplewood Assisted Living Residences to their over 2,000 square foot luxury estate homes. Bethany Village is owned and operated by Wesley Affiliated Services, Inc., in affiliation with Asbury Services, Inc.
