Project Description:
FMA was selected by Country Meadows of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania to provide Engineering and Landscape Architecture services for the 9.91 Acre site. In an effort to beautify the front of the Country Meadows facility, FMA reconfigured the access drive, lowered the existing parking lot to hide parking, and added staff and visitor parking along the side of the property. These improvements accomplished their goal of increasing the amount of green space while creating a much more inviting atmosphere at the facility. A sketch plan was used as the basis of the Land Development Plans and Construction Documents. In addition, to the aforementioned plans, a Highway Occupancy Permit and NPDES Permit were obtained. The project required working closely with Country Meadows Staff and Hampden Township officials.
