FMA was selected by Select Medical Property Ventures, LLC of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania to prepare all land development and construction documents for a 54 bed Rehabilitation Hospital as part of partnership between Penn State Hershey Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and Select Medical Corporation in Hershey, PA. The project it located on Old West Chocolate Avenue, adjacent to Hershey Park Drive (S.R. 39). This project was submitted to the Township of Derry, Dauphin County Planning Commission, Dauphin County Conservation District, Department of Environmental Protection and Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
