FMA was hired to obtain an NPDES Permit to discharge industrial wastewater and provide construction administration for this manufacturing facility. Services included preparation of the NPDES Permit application; obtaining authorization from the township sewer authority for deductions from the facility’s sewage bill for water usage not being discharged to the sewer; correction of drainage issues; preparation of Water and Sewer As-Built Plans, and preparation of Right-Of-Way Dedication and Easement Plans.
