Project Description:
FMA teamed with Tim Allen Architecture to prepare Preliminary/Final Land Development plans for a 1,500 S.F. addition to the existing Citizens Fire Company in the Borough of Mechanicsburg, PA. Citizens Fire Company is located within the historic district of Mechanicsburg, and therefore had to be designed in accordance with the criteria set forth by the Historical Architectural Review Board (HARB). A site visit was conducted to analyze the site and complete the base map used to prepare the plans for municipal approval.
The project team worked closely with the Borough of Mechanicsburg and HARB to complete the project.
