Project Description:
FMA was selected by Don Steele of Dugan Appraisal Services to prepare Land Development Plans for a 1,240 S.F. apartment in the Borough of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. In addition to Land Development Plans, a boundary and topographic survey was performed prior to the start of the project. The project objective was to provide affordable downtown housing and parking which is at a premium in the downtown district of Mechanicsburg. The design solution accomplished the goal by razing the existing storage buildings and garage to construct a 1,240 S.F. apartment and associated parking. The project team worked closely with the Borough of Mechanicsburg to complete the project.
