Project Description:
FMA was hired to provide survey services and prepare a Final Subdivision Plan to subdivide the 4.25 acre lot into three single family lots in the Middle Paxton Township, Dauphin County, PA. The three lots offered pristine views of the Country Club of Harrisburg and the Susquehanna River. To achieve Final Plan approval, FMA was required to coordinate on-lot sewer testing and planning with the township SEO and DEP. The lots gained access from separate driveways that required separate Highway Occupancy Permits toaccess Fishing Creek Valley Road.
