Project Description:
FMA was hired to prepare all civil engineering plans for a +55 acre subdivision in Newberry Township, PA. The subdivision included 121 single family dwelling unit lots with a minimum lot size of 7,500 SF and two open space lots. As part of the project, FMA designed 6,700 feet of public roads, an extension of the public sanitary sewer, an extension of the public water main and a new stormwater management system. This project was submitted to Newberry Township, York County Planning Commission and the York County Conservation District.
