Project Description:
FMA was hired by Sadler Health System Corporation to create condominium plats to subdivide the three story building for two tenants. FMA provided a field boundary survey and a vertical survey of all four levels of the building. With this survey, FMA was able to generate a condominium plat that met all requirements of the Pennsylvania Condominium Act. As part of the condominium plat, FMA provided access to the upper two levels via an access easement on the ground floor.
