David B. Morgan, RLA has more than 20 years of land planning and landscape architecture experience.  In his current role he serves as a Principal and Managing Partner for FMA.  Mr. Morgan is responsible for day to day business operations with his firm along with managing all phases of landscape architecture and site design from conceptual design and master planning through production of construction documents.

Mr. Morgan’s experience includes subdivision planning, storm water management, and land development planning; recreation facility planning; site design; grading; landscaping; soil erosion and sediment control; site construction inspections; NPDES/NOI permit preparation; review and commentary of engineering plans for local government agencies and municipalities; PENNDOT Highway Occupancy Permits; feasibility studies, cost estimates, and client coordination; and project presentations, project accounting, and securing project approvals.

While with other firms, Mr. Morgan served as a Senior Project Manager responsible for project administration; development of Project Management training programs; master planning; site engineering; storm water management; construction detailing; subdivision planning; site analysis; cost estimation; presentation graphics; erosion and sedimentation plan preparation; feasibility studies; submission of variance applications; PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permits; and design of company advertisements.
